Please be certain about your availability before booking. Appointments especially in different cities require extensive preparation, scheduling, and travel coordination. If you feel uncertain about your schedule or commitment, I kindly ask that you cancel ahead of time (48 hrs or even the first inkling) and be honest with yourself before securing the appointment. Deposits are non refundable unless the artist is not able to fulfill your appointment. Every piece that I create is custom and approached with intention. While typography is where I work most freely, all of my work is designed specifically for the individual wearing it. Clients are always welcome to share ideas and inspiration, but I ask that you trust my artistic direction and creative process. I do not reproduce work, I will encourage you to change details. I just ask for patience and kindness from my clients as this is an intimate process and I strive to give you a good and personable experience. Because custom lettering and composition takes time to perfect, major changes cannot be made the day of the appointment. If significant adjustments are needed such as the style, there is a chance that your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Depending on the size and detail of the piece, the rescheduling could take place same day or any other day which will be discussed with the client. Your sketch will be shown the day of your appointment before/after arrival. I will give you the opportunity to review and approve the design before we start of course. If minor edits are needed, some additional time may be required before your session begins, I will confirm the final style with you afterwards. Larger revisions may require total rescheduling to ensure the piece receives the attention it deserves. Once the sketch is approved, we will begin the session. Guests, you are welcome to bring one guest for comfort and support. Please let me know ahead of time. All appointments, reschedules, commissions and fill-in requests must be submitted through my booking request system. If you did not receive a text reply, please refer back to sending a request.
